1. Eligibility for Refund

Refund requests may be considered under the following conditions:

3. Return Request Timeline

For Return Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product along with photos or videos as evidence.

After verification, approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days through the original payment method.

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
